My OJT experience meAns a lot to me!!!!

Last April 14, 2008, it was our first day in our OJT or On the Job Training at the Philippine Airlines, but before that,theres so much time for us to convunce or ask permission to the Manager, Mr. Efren R. Badong. Our wish were granted because the mother of my co-member is one of the epmployee in the said office. Our time duty is 5′oclock in the morning, but I woke up late so my groupmates drop me in my house and wait until I am ready to go. Then ta the office of the manager, all we have to do is to sit down and wait for the signal of the manager to assign us in our respective area, then we feel very nervous and ashame to the manager, but we have to be polite to each and everyone of them most especially to all the people which are aprt of the said office. But were not that lucky because their machine is defected due to some problems and all they to do is to used the manual process for check-in the passengers. It is very difficult and more time were consumed in giving the services and there is tendency of committing errors and theres so much pressure,espciall in weighing the baggage of the passengers because we have to be alert at the same time in putting the boarding pass.

Eventhough theres so much pressure, we are enjoying the things that we do and we also meet different attitudes of people. Through this I experience how to deal with other people and gain some self-confidence. Each of us committed some errors, but according to sir Badong we are all learning to our mistakes. It was our fourth day if I’m not mistaken their is a problem in giving boarding pass that is why one of the employee felt bad about it and were expecting that it was our fault, but the manager told us that it just a contradict between us and the members of the check-in area as well as lack od communication in doing things that were just supposed to do. Then I can’t control my emotion so I cry because one of the employee try to joke on me that it was really my fault.

Roxas City is a Second class city in the province of Capiz, Philippines. It is the capital and component city of Capiz. Originally founded as the town of Capis in 1693. It is situated at the northeastern tip of the Islands of Panay, was located 250 nautical miles (460km) southeast of Manila, 135 kilometers northeast of Ilo-ilo city, and 86 kilometers east of Kalibo, Aklan. It is a center of Copra,and Aquaculture production. Some products are Sugarcane, Rice, Coconut, Fruit, and other seafoods like seashells the Talaba,Greenshells,Diwal,Crabs, Shrimps, and other kinds of fishes.

Roxas city are purely Roman Catholic you can see our beautiful church the Immaculate Conception Cathedrel. The Baybay beach is the 15th largest natural bay in the world, we have 2 hotels the Presidents In. and the newest Midtown hotel, even bars you can enjoy hang-outs and drinks, the capizeños most likely to shop at Gaisano City Roxas located at roxas blvrd. they have their Market place, they there fastfood the Mang Inasal, Jollibee, Greenwich,Red Ribbon, Chowking,Teds Batchoy. Captivating Capiz can show the essence of our native land. Every Ist week of Dec. we are celebrating the Sinadya sa Halaran, Diwal Festival,October-fest, Aswang Festival,the highlights of the activities is the Fireworks display some of the facilitator invites some guest to witness the celebration of Roxas City. The purpose of this is to expose the different talents and beauties of their mutya. And also gain tourist to visit here. You can also visit the biggest bell located at Municipality of Panay Capiz one ride from the main city of Roxas City.

Therefore living at Roxas City is such a paradise for me especially those beautiful places that you can see and even the culture. You dont have any reason to go anywhere I think roxas city can surely provides all you needs.

Being Inlove (makes you crazy)

Wow…it is quite very interesting words that we heared.Being inlove is normal for us teenagers and not explainable we’re just simply feel it without any reason, make sure that we can manage our true feelings. Other say’s that the most critical life of a person is being a teenagers because we can experience things that are new to us we are can easily express our feelings.

Being inlove can make us smile and make us comfortable in other way’s that we want. BUT so much love can make us blind in the reality, girls are always show their feelings to a guy they love most, and we never look back to the consequences that may happen. We need to value person while you still have them, cause you’l never know tell when they will stay in youre life you may get tired of havin them but at least be thankful they never get try of having you.

Above all it is easy to play with love, Easy to hurt the feeling of others,easy to let them cry. But its difficult to find a person who really loves you and give his/her EVERYTHING! ! ! !>>>>

Unconditional Love – Love Without Condition

I love you as you are, as you seek to find your own special way to relate to the world. I honour your choices to learn in the way you feel is right for you.I know it is important that you are the person you want to be and not someone that I or others think you “should” be. I realise that I cannot know what is best for you, although perhaps sometimes I think I do.

I have not been where you have been, viewing life from the angle you have. I do not know what you have chosen to learn, how you have chosen to learn it, with whom or in what time period. I have not walked life looking through your eyes, so how can I know what you need.

I allow you to be in the world without a thought or word of judgement from me about the deeds you undertake. I see no error in the things you say and do. In this place where I am, I see that there are many ways to perceive and experience the different facets of our world. I allow without reservation the choices you make in each moment. I make no judgement of this, for if I would deny your right to your evolution, then I would deny that right for myself and all others.
To those who would choose a way I cannot walk, whilst I may not choose to add my power and my energy to this way, I will never deny you the gift of love that God has bestowed within me, for all creation. As I love you, so I shall be loved. As I sow, so shall I reap.

I allow you the Universal right of Free Will to walk your own path, creating steps or to sit awhile if that is what is right for you. I will make no judgement that these steps are large or small, nor light or heavy or that they lead up or down, for this is just my viewpoint. I may see you do nothing and judge it to be unworthy and yet it may be that you bring great healing as you stand blessed by the Light of God. I cannot always see the higher picture of Divine Order.
For it is the inalienable right of all life to choose their own evolution and with great Love I acknowledge your right to determine your future. In humility I bow to the realisation that the way I see as best for me does not have to mean it is also right for you. I know that you are led as I am, following the inner excitement to know your own path.
I know that the many races, religions, customs, nationalities and beliefs within our world bring us great richness and allow us the benefit and teachings of such diverseness. I know we each learn in our own unique way in order to bring that Love and Wisdom back to the whole. I know that if there were only one way to do something, there would need only be one person.
I will not only love you if you behave in a way I think you should, or believe in those things I believe in. I understand you are truly my brother and my sister, though you may have been born in a different place and believe in another God than I.

Meet new Friends

In every chapter of our life we meet new friends for us to build not only in elementary,high school evn in college but it is started in our house above all our family members can be consider as our first friend whom show us love and care. Friends symbolizes the extention of every individuals, theirs a saying that “no one is an island“. But sometimes we need to be careful of choosing our new friends.

Their are times that you can really meet good individuals who are welling to be their for you above all he/she can accept for who you are. For some instance you can definitely choose those person you can easily tell your personal problems..Above all have trust and faith in YOU!!!!!

Be a Students of Filamer Christian College

Maybe it was a next chapter of our life new challenges,experience,new things to be learned or just a chapter of doing things that are applicable to every students. And the most awaited part of being a college students is the four (4) major exam the Prelim,Mid-term,Pre-final,and the Final exam. College life is quite enjoyable for me because it means a lot for me because I learned to communicate well,in this chapter of my life i learned all the things that I’ve never known when i was in high school but always believe in ur self. We all know that college life is not easy to manifest at all we need to gain much time to study hard to have a high grades, many expectation that you need to fulfill, in other words “dapat gid sundon ang nahambal sang teacher ” for us to learn a lot of things.

Being a college students is really hard chapter of my life when I first enter the gate of my beloved school the Filamer Christian College i wasn’t able to know where am I going to face this new challenge of my life I know I can find new friends and teachers. But I need to believe in my self that i can finish my studies in my chosen course for me to fulfill my dreams for my self and for my family..

And now I am a graduating students for just a few months and I’m so blessed that i can catch it by means of studying hard. Above all I want to sat thank you to my family who always their for me to give all my needs and guiding me in a right way..
